Handouts:
In Lesson 9, we learn how to use email. If students do not currently have an email account, we learn how to create a new email account on gmail. When introducing email, we start from the very beginning: how to sign in as well as going over and encouraging appropriate and secure usernames and passwords. Once everyone has signed into their email or created their own, we learn the basics of email. These include learning what the Inbox is, how to read, write and send, forward, and delete emails. Once the basics have been covered, students learn how to attach files to an email, properly format and edit emails, along with Cc/Bcc emails.
